What If I Don’t Like My Glasses/Contacts?

 

Do you dilate? Due to the uncomfortable side effects of dilation drops, our doctor chooses to use a wide view digital retina camera that doesn’t require drops to check the inner health of the eyes. If the doctor finds in the retina something that requires more attention, she will refer you to a highly regarded specialist in your area that can monitor/treat the condition.

Do you need an appointment? We are open by appointment only. This is to make sure you have the time and attention you need to address any questions/concerns with our doctor or optical specialist. Make an appointment either by phone or online (click the yellow button on top right corner).

Do you need to wear a mask? Face masks are optional.

Do you offer kids eye exams? Yes! Kiddos ages 4 and up. To make sure your children have lasting eye health and vision clarity, it’s never too early to start having consistent yearly eye exams with an attentive eye care practitioner.

What are your hours? Hours may vary by appointment. Appointments are required to ensure adequate one-on-one time.

How is the Noonci Club different from vision insurance? VISION INSURANCES LIMIT YOU to only once a year coverage. With vision insurances, you would have to PAY FULL PRICE if you happen to need any eye care or prescription adjustments after your first use. Vision insurances do not cover specialized treatments, materials, and products. Insurances don’t have glasses warranties. If your glasses are damaged after using vision insurance, you would have to pay out of pocket for repairs or for a separate warranty plan (and wait a year to use it).

Our NOONCI CLUB offers UNLIMITED eye exams and allows us to use the BEST of innovative lens/treatment technologies and CUSTOMIZED services. The Noonci Club also comes with a 2-year warranty on frame and lenses. This is all so that you are getting the best of the attentive, specialized, and high quality eye care that you deserve.

Do you have warranties on glasses? We offer 2-year eyewear protection warranties for Noonci Club members.

Can someone help me pick glasses that look good on me? Of course! Our frame stylists will guide you every step of the way to make sure you’ll have a pair of glasses you are proud to wear and look great in! The choice of eyewear also plays a large role in maximizing your vision clarity so we are very attentive and careful with the eyewear selection process. We do our absolute best to make sure you are in love with your glasses, even if it involves switching to a new frame, lens design, or type of prescription.

What lenses do you use? Do you have Varilux and Crizal? All of the lenses we use are certified Varilux, Crizal, and Transitions lenses. We only offer the highest quality lenses and coatings using the latest digital and innovative technologies.

Can you put lenses into frames I already own? Yes! As long as your frames are in good shape, we can make lenses for them.

Can you fix broken glasses? We can adjust your frames, tighten loose frames, and replace nose pads. More advanced repairs will need to be shipped out and may take several weeks to complete. We partnered with a frame craftswoman in Canada that can repair any vintage frame, restructure frames, or build in nose pieces. Please email us for more info: support@noonci.com
